A five building, 162 acre distribution warehouse project located north of the Santa Ana River with over 2.5 million square feet of building space. Among other things this project included all surveying necessary to begin and complete the job, onsite grading plans, street improvement plans, and the design of a 5,900 lineal foot open drainage channel to divert drainage from the San Bernardino International Airport around the project to the Santa Ana River. A Letter of Map Revision was filed with and approved by FEMA to remove portions of the project site from the existing flood plain. A Hec Ras analysis of the Santa Ana River was performed as part of this scope of work. All current water quality requirements were incorporated into the project design using surface basins, underground infiltration basins, bio swales and pre-treatment measures.
