First Nandina Logistics Center is a 53 acre site with 1,387,899 SF of building space and is located one mile east of the 215 Freeway in the City of Moreno Valley. Along with onsite grading and design, Thienes Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying for offsite improvements including offsite water plan and offsite storm drain plans. This project was completed in 2018.
