Bloomington Logistics Center is a 35 acre site with 677,000 SF of industrial building and sits just south of Interstate 10 in the Inland Empire. Along with onsite grading and design, Thienes Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying for offsite improvements, including a designated queuing lane off Cedar Avenue with a traffic light at the entrance to the site. This project was completed in 2018.
