Magnon Business Park is a Class A logistics center with 1,012,995 SF on 51.88 acres. The 1M SF state-of-the-art warehouse/distribution center has multiple access points to Route 60 and the I-215 freeways, providing easy access to major distribution routes. TEI worked alongside Hillwood to provide civil engineering services and construction staking for the project, including the design of over 3,500 LF of public storm drain and street improvements.
