Riverside Avenue Industrial is an 18 acre industrial distribution facility with a building size of just over 300,000 sq. ft. in Rialto, CA. Prior to development the site existed as undeveloped raw land. Project included onsite grading, onsite utility, and public improvements along Riverside Avenue, including the design and building of 3,000 lineal feet of public sewer.
