Lowe’s of Puente Hills sits on a 13.1-acre site located just south and parallel with the Pomona freeway at 17789 Castleton St. in the City of Industry. The site was previously undeveloped raw land. A Los Angeles County Flood Control District Access Easement was revised and recorded along with an LA County build over structural plan for the storm drain requirements on this project. The retail center contains just over 117,000 sq. ft. of building space.
