Lowe’s of Pacoima is a 10.7 acre site located at the intersection of Paxton Street and San Fernando Road in Pacoima. The site was previously undeveloped raw land. Over 1500 L.F. of underground storm chambers were installed along with the development of a 132,680 sq. ft. Lowe’s retail center.
