Downtown Los Angeles Mercedes Benz is a 4.6 acre site located at the intersection of Figueroa St. and Washington Blvd. This 2-phase project consisted of the surveying and engineering of a 5,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing showroom and renovation of the existing 50,000 sq. ft. showroom. Phase II entailed the new construction of a 4-story service facility and parking structure, including surface parking lot.
